One of the first things that Iceland became renowned for, long before foreign adventurers started to visit this mysterious country, was it’s literary heritage: The Sagas – stories about life, love, battle and fate from the time of the beginning of the settlement. This tour takes you on a journey back into the lost world of the “Icelandic Family Sagas” seen from the fascinating viewpoint of the modern icelandic society and the magnificant nature of this country.
The Sagas have been written in the landscape – and tales bring the landscape alive.
